A Complete Approach
David delivers D.B.T individually and in-group format, guiding clients through the four D.B.T skills modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
The benefit of group therapy allows development and growth through engagement with individual / peer shared experiences and completion of homework.
Group therapy navigates the four modules over a 6-month period and clients can enter the program navigating all modules, at the same time as attending individual therapy sessions, to complete the D.B.T program.
